Description
Canada Peptide’s PolyPestle is a multi purpose disposable polypropylene sample preparation tool.
The conical end has been optimized for grinding biological samples homogenizing cells and resuspending pellets in 1.5ML tubes.
The convex end has a diameter of 11MM and has been designed specifically for use in assisting with the preparation of cells within a disposable cell strainer environment for flow cytometric analysis and sorting.
The dimpled surface is ideal for manipulating the sample material that will be cell sorted and improving cell preparation. This results in greater sort purity, yield and cell viability.
Each pestle is sterilized by gamma irradiation, individually wrapped in an easy to open peel pack.
Each case contains 50 individually wrapped packs.
